Navy Fleet Academy provides online practice tests and study materials for U.S. Navy advancement exams and PQS qualifications. All content is for educational and training purposes only. We do not provide actual official Navy examination questions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our practice tests are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing any official Navy examination.
5. No Affiliation
Navy Fleet Academy is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Navy, the Department of Defense (DoD), or any government agency.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including questions, explanations, and materials, is owned by Navy Fleet Academy and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navy Fleet Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to failure to pass any official examination after using our practice materials.
8. Subscription & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
